Description | 人表皮细胞癌细胞A-431由D.J.Giard等人建立，来源于一位85岁女性。它在免疫缺陷性小鼠皮下注射可成瘤，在琼脂上可形成克隆。这是一个超三倍体人细胞株。36%的细胞染色体数目为74，1%的细胞具有更多的染色体倍数。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测无误，STR鉴定结果为：Amelogenin: X；CSF1PO: 11,12；D13S317: 9,13；D16S539: 12,14；D5S818: 12,13；D7S820: 10；THO1: 9；TPOX: 11；vWA: 15,17。 | 动物种别
