Description | 电镜观察显示SiHa的细胞连接处具有典型的桥粒，胞浆中有丰富的张力丝。据报道，该细胞系整合一段人乳头瘤病毒16型基因组(HPV-16，每个细胞1到2个拷贝)。癌基因pRB和p53表达阳性。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：Amelogenin: X；CSF1PO: 12；D13S317: 11；D16S539: 12；D5S818: 9；D7S820: 10；THO1: 6,9；TPOX: 8；vWA: 14,17。 | 动物种别
