Description | 与原始的随机交配3T3和近交系BALB/c 3T3建株方法一样，NIH/3T3，是从NIH Swiss小鼠胚胎培养物中建立的高度接触抑制的连续细胞株。 为了培育在形态学特征上更适合于进行转化分析的亚株，建立的NIH/3T3细胞株又进行了五轮以上亚克隆。 这株细胞对DNA转化及转染研究十分有用。 检测表明肢骨发育畸形病毒(鼠痘)阴性。
