RLA-5331 is an iron activator containing anti-androgen with anC_maxvalue of 641 ng/mL. RLA-5331 has anti-proliferative activity on metastatic castrated tolerant prostatecancer(mCRPC) cell line and can stably exist in vivo^[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

RLA-5331 (compound 12) (5 μM；0-6 d) 对 VCaP、PC3、LNCaP 和 C4-2B 细胞有抑制作用^[1]。
RLA-5331 (5 μM；24 h) 下调了 LNCaP 细胞中 KLK-2 和 KLK-3 的表达水平^[1]。
