生物活性

Groenlandicine is a protoberberine alkaloid isolated fromCoptidis Rhizoma. Groenlandicine exhibits moderate inhibitory effect withIC₅₀value of 154.2 μM forhuman recombinantaldose reductase(HRAR)^[1]. Groenlandicine selectively inducestopoisomeraseI-mediated DNA cleavage^[2].
