Protein kinase inhibitor H-7 dihydrochloride is a potentPKC(protein kinase C) inhibitor. At 100 μM, Protein kinase inhibitor H-7 dihydrochloride completely inhibits bothTPA(skin tumour promoter, 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate) andphospholipaseC-inducedODC(ornithine decarboxylase)[1].
