N-trans-caffeoyltyramine markedly suppresses the expression of COX-2 and the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in response to LPS stimulation. N-trans-caffeoyltyramine markedly decreases p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) protein expression in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells[1].
