MCHR1 antagonist 1 exhibits potent activities against melanin-concentrating hormone-1 receptor, but less potent against human GALR1, GALR2, GALR3, MCH1, NPY1, NPY5, and rat 5HT2C receptors (Kis >50000 nM).
