Atractylone (Atractylon) is a sesquiterpenoid found in Atractylodis Rhizoma. Atractylone (Atractylon) alleviates influenza A virus (IAV)-induced lung injury via regulating the TLR7 signaling pathway, and acts as a promising agent for IAV treatment.
