N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-bis(PEG4-t-butyl ester) is a branched PEG analogue with a terminal azide group and two t-butyl esters. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The t-butyl protected carboxyl groups can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. References: Sano K, Nakajima T, Miyazaki K, Ohuchi Y, Ikegami T, Choyke PL, Kobayashi H.
