STAT6-IN-1 is a novel and potent STAT6 inhibitor with the potential to be used for cancer, allergic lung disease, allergic rhinitis, and/or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It exhibits high affinity for the SH2 domain of STAT6 (IC50=0.028 μM).
