Reboxetine mesylate是一种抗抑郁化合物，可选择性抑制去甲肾上腺素的摄取（去甲肾上腺素和血清素转运蛋白的IC50分别为8.2和1,070 nM），与结合大鼠去甲肾上腺素受体的亲和力比血清素，组胺，乙酰胆碱或多巴胺受体高1000倍以上 （Kis分别为1.1、129、1,400、3,900和> 10,000 nM）。
