TC-Mps1-12 is a novel, selective and potent monopolar spindle 1 (Mps1) inhibitor with anticancer activity. It inhibits Mps1 with an IC50 value of 6.4 nM. It exhibits good cellular activity, selectivity, pharmacokinetic properties and efficacy in the A549 lung cancer xenograft model.
