Fmoc-Lys (biotin-PEG4)-OH is a Lysine embedded biotin PEG analogues containing a carboxylic group and Fmoc-protected amine. Reaction of carboxylic with primary amino (-NH2) forms stable, irreversible (covalent) amide bonds.
