Eribaxaban, formerly known as PD348292 or PD0348292, is an orally bioavailable factor Xa inhibitor under development for the treatment and prevention of thrombotic disorders. PD0348292 inhibited arterial thrombosis comparable to aspirin plus clopidogrel. Perfusion chamber methodology may be useful in predicting in-vivo antithrombotic efficacy.
