Fluorescein-12-dATP is a fluorescently labeled form of the nucleotide 2’-deoxyadenosine-5’-triphosphate . It displays excitation/emission maxima of 498/517 nm, respectively. Fluorescein-12-dATP has been used to label DNA in fluorescencein situhybridization (FISH) and nicking enzyme-assisted viewing and sequencing (NicE-viewSeq) applications.1,2
