Cilastatin-15N,d3 is the 15N-labeled and deuterium labeled form of Cilastatin (MK-0791), which is a reversible and competitive renal dehydropeptidase I inhibitor with antibacterial activity. It inhibits renal dehydropeptidase with an IC50 of 0.1 μM. Also inhibits the bacterial metallob-lactamase enzyme CphA with an IC50 of 178 μM.
