| 产品描述 | Nevirapine-d4is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of nevirapine by GC- or LC-MS. Nevirapine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI).1It binds to HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and inhibits RNA plus-strand initiation (IC50= 0.45 μM).
