| 产品描述 | Calcium channel-modulator-1 is a calcium channel modulator; blocks aortic contraction with an IC50 of 0.8 μM. Oral administration of Calcium channel-modulator-1 (20 mg/kg) causes a 35-37% decrease in systolic blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats. However, iv administration of Calcium channel-modulator-1 to anesthetized spontaneously hypertensive rats causes a decrease in blood pressure which was more pronounced and long-lasting than that of nifedipine[1].
