体外研究
(In Vitro)

TMV-IN-4 (compound 3)(20 μM)对寄主植物N. glutinosa Leaf 表现出明显的抗TMV活性，其抑制率为 58.5%，IC50值为 19.6 μM。也表明了化合物 3 的预处理可以增加 N. glutinosa对 TMV 感染的抵抗力[1]。
