Pim-1/2 kinase inhibitor 1 is an orally activepim-1/2 kinaseinhibitor. Pim-1/2 kinase inhibitor 1 blocks the ability ofPimkinasesto phosphorylatepeptides, and inhibits thepimprotein kinasedirected phosphorylation of4E-BP1andp27^Kip1. Pim-1/2 kinase inhibitor 1 can be used in study ofcancer, especially prostatecancer^[1].
