体内研究 (In Vivo)	HPK1-IN-31(compound 5i) (p.o., 30 或 100 mpk，每天两次，14天) 在 CT26 肿瘤雌性 BALB/c 小鼠模型和 MC38 肿瘤雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠模型中，可以抑制肿瘤的生长，并且与抗 PD-1 单药联用时效果更明显^[1]。
