HKSOX-1r (5/6-mixture) is a fluorescent probe which is used for imaging and detection of endogenous superoxide in live cells and in vivo. HKSOX-1r (5/6-mixture) exhibits excellent selectivity and sensitivity towards superoxide anion radical^[1].

HKSOX-1r (5/6-mixture) (2 μM; 30 min) detects mitochondrial respiratory inhibitor-induced O₂^o-formation in a highly sensitive and rapid manner in HCT116, BV-2 and RAW264.7 cells^[1].

HKSOX-1r (5/6-mixture) (10 μM; 20 min) detects distinct fluorescence distribution in zebrafish embryos are subjected to challenge of PMA or Antimycin A^[1].

  以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 50.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
