Nampt-IN-3 (Compound 35) 同时抑制烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶 (NAMPT) 和HDAC，IC₅₀分别为 31 nM 和 55 nM。Nampt-IN-3 有效诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis) 和自噬 (autophagy)，最终导致细胞死亡。

生物活性

Nampt-IN-3 (Compound 35) simultaneously inhibit nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) andHDACwithIC₅₀s of 31 nM and 55 nM, respectively. Nampt-IN-3 effectively induces cellapoptosisandautophagyand ultimately leads to cell death^[1].
