| 产品描述 | Lydicamycin is an antibiotic first isolated from Streptomyces. It is particularly cytotoxic against S. aureus, including the methicillin resistant 535 strain (MICs = 3.1-6.2 µg/ml). Lydicamycin also inhibits the growth of C. neoformans (MIC = 25 µg/ml) but is ineffective against Gram-negative bacteria. |
