Description: Pamiparib hydrate (BGB-290; BGB290; Baihuize), the trihydrated form of pamiparib, is a dual PARP/2 inhibitor with anticancer activity. It inhibits PARP1/2 with IC50 values of 0.83 and 0.11 nM, respectively in enzymatic assays. Pamiparib has been approved in China for the treatment o cancer.
