Pimozide-d5 N-Oxide 是 Pimozide 的氘代物。Pimozide 是dopamine receptor的拮抗剂，对 dopamine D2，D3 和 D1 受体的K_i值分别为 1.4 nM，2.5 nM 和 588 nM，同时对α1-adrenoceptor也有较高亲和性，K_i值为 39 nM；Pimozide 也是STAT3和STAT5的抑制剂。

生物活性	Pimozide-d5 N-Oxide is the deuterium labeled Pimozide. Pimozide is adopamine receptorantagonist, withK_is of 1.4 nM, 2.5 nM and 588 nM for dopamine D2, D3 and D1 receptors, respectively, and also has affinity atα1-adrenoceptor, with aK_iof 39 nM; Pimozide also inhibitsSTAT3andSTAT5^[1]^[2].
