| 产品描述 | Protosappanin B is a phenolic compound extracted from Lignum Sappan. Anti-cancer activity[1]. Protosappanin B induces apoptosis and causes G1 cell cycle arrest in human bladder cancer cells[2]. Protosappanin B (12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200 μg/mL, 48 hours) dose-dependently inhibits tumor cells, with IC50s of 21.32 μg/mL, 26.73 μg/mL, and 76.53 μg/mL for SW-480, HCT-116, and BTT cells, respectively[1].
