TBK1-IN-1 (compound 7l; 0.1 and 1 μM; 2 h) 分别抑制由聚 (I:C) 和脂多糖诱导的 THP1 和 RAW264.7 细胞中的 TBK1 下游靶基因 cxcl10 和 ifnβ 表达^[1]。
TBK1-IN-1 (1-100 μM; 72 h) 对 A549 和 LLC 具有中度抗增殖活性，IC₅₀值分别为 17.6 和 9.4 μM^[1]。
