体外研究 (In Vitro)	ARN25068 reduces the extent of tau phosphorylation in Tau0N4R-TM-tGFP U2OS cell line. ARN25068 exhibits IC₅₀values of 4.17 and 2.17 μM for GSK-3β and FYN in enzymatic radiometric assay, respectively^[1].
