Description
人结直肠癌细胞LoVo构建于1971年,来源于一名56岁的白人男性结直肠癌患者转移到左锁骨位置的一个肿瘤结节。CSAp和结肠抗原3(colon antigen 3)表达阴性。肿瘤基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、 N-ras、Myb, sis和fos表达阳性,但未检测到 N-myc表达。该细胞表达肿瘤特定的核基质蛋白CC-3和CC-4。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误,STR结果如下:D5S818: 11,13;D13S317: 8,11;D7S820:9.3,10,11;D16S539: 9,12;vWA: 17,18;THO1: 9.3;Amelogenin: X,Y;TPOX: 8,9;CSF1PO: 10,11,13,14
