Description | 此细胞株于1962年由G. Todaro 和 H. Green从分解的Swiss小鼠胚胎中建立。其生长特性为接触抑制型，长满的单层细胞量是40000个/cm2，饱和密度可以达到约50000个/cm2。该细胞在玻璃表面上可能长不好，需要长在塑料培养瓶中。检测表明鼠痘病毒(ectromelia virus，ECTV)阴性。
每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。
STR鉴定结果：
①该株细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：1-1：10,15；1-2:13；2-1:9；3-2：14；4-2:19.3；5-5:13,15；6-4:15.2；6-7：12,15；7-1:25.2,29；8-1:15,16；11-2:15；12-1:19；13-1：15.1；15-3:20.3；17-2:12,15；18-3:17,21；19-2:12；X-1:26。
②该株细胞确为小鼠细胞，没有人源细胞污染。 | 动物种别
